Her successful career in acute care medical sales enables her to deeply understand the challenges and the needs of the healthcare staffing industry. She takes pride in providing superior customer service from start to finish.

Dariel Harris

Recruiting Director/ Medical Lead

Dariel is a registered nurse who has experience in acute care, level 1 trauma and ICU. She previously worked as a crisis covid nurse, charge nurse and preceptor. Additionally, Dariel committed four years as a travel nurse to serve patients across Dallas, Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Atlanta. Her extensive experience with staffing agencies enables our company to identify gaps in the staffing process and optimize them.

Larry Trueheart

Chief Financial Officer

Larry has over 30 years of experience in owning, managing, or serving as chief financial officer for a variety of business sectors throughout his career. He successfully launched, scaled and sold seven businesses that grossed annual revenues of at least $1 million each. Larry specializes in lean operations and efficiency protocols and also has extensive experience in human resources and training.
